Crack Detector
Introducing the Crack Detector: Elevating Pipeline Safety
In the complex network of long-distance pipelines, the lurking threat of cracks is of paramount concern. These imperceptible faults stand as primary culprits behind pipeline failures, setting off hazardous repercussions. As these tiny crevices emerge and propagate, an alarming phenomenon takes hold—stress concentration within the pipeline. This heightened stress paves the way for potential failures, including brittle fractures, fatigue-induced harm, and insidious corrosion damage.
Amidst this challenging landscape, a beacon of hope emerges—crucial detection mechanisms that enhance performance and reliability. The revolutionary solution takes the form of the pipeline crack detector. Leveraging the cutting-edge balanced field electromagnetic method, this ingenious device assumes a multifaceted role. It expertly scrutinizes not just the internal and external topography of the pipe wall but also casts a discerning eye on the intricate weave of circumferential and straight welds, unearthing even the most concealed cracks.
By harnessing the remarkable power of electromagnetic equilibrium, the pipeline crack detector becomes an indispensable sentinel, tirelessly scanning for signs of vulnerability. Its intricate workings delve deep into the core of pipeline integrity, unveiling concealed threats that could otherwise compromise the system. This state-of-the-art technology heralds a new era, characterized by heightened vigilance, unwavering security, and steadfast dedication to upholding the sanctity of our vital pipelines. As industries adopt this groundbreaking innovation, they usher in an era defined by proactive protection and a resolute commitment to preserving the lifeblood of infrastructure. Transitioning towards a safer tomorrow has never been more critical.
Detection Range
For cracks within 10mm from the inner surface, with the opening width more than 0.1mm, the height (depth)more than 10%WT and the length more than 25mm, the detection and the recognition rate of cracks is 90%.
Detection Accuracy
- Confidence accuracy = 90%.
- Measurement accuracy of crack depth of inner surface opening: ±2mm.
- Measurement accuracy of self-height of buried crack: ± 3mm.
- Length measurement accuracy: ± 10mm.
